As a municipality, the City of Fort Wayne provides a variety of services across the entire city including law enforcement and fire protection. With so many opportunities, there are many needs both in the field as well as in the office from administrative duties to engineering and electricians.

Started in Fort Wayne in the early 1900s, Lincoln Financial Group has over 100 years in business. With a variety of financial services, they have employees from all over the United States.
They have entry-level positions as well as internship opportunities that do not require degrees to get started. Steve talks to Brayan Castillo about what positions they have available and who their ideal candidates are.
As the largest employer in Northeast Indiana, Parkview Health is looking to fill a variety of positions across the state in clinical, operations, finance, and support services. While a lot of positions require a degree, they have a large variety of jobs that do not require degrees. Parkview also has the option to reimburse tuition for qualifying courses.
Parkview also has very robust high school and college internships taking over 100 students each year. Internships have the potential to turn into full-time positions.
